Based on the 1275 made in the early 60s, this versatile instrument continues to fill the need for guitarists looking to switch between electric six and 12-string guitars during the course of a song. Gibson Custom Shop has produced this EDS-1275 in an Heritage Cherry finish. The Mahogany body with Maple necks provides plenty of sustain and thick tone, while the Gibson 490R and 498T humbuckers provide the firepower.
